In this 90 minute healing meditation, you will go on a deep healing journey of sound Shamanic Reiki that will guide you to release stuck emotions of grief from your heart that is holding you back from achieving inner peace.

This Meditation will be broken into two parts:

Part 1: Sound Healing Journey:

During the Sound Healing, Daria Ann will use instruments such as the Buffalo Hand Drum, Tibetan, Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Gong, Koshi Chimes, and other healing instruments to work to re-balance frequencies in our body, mind, and aura using the power of harmony and vibration.

Part 2: Energy Healing (Reiki and Shamanistic Practices):

Halfway through meditation, energy healing gentle assistance will be offered to help pull blocked energy debris out of aura fields and within the body which will help you to heal the past limiting beliefs. (Gentle assist will be of light feather touches on the body, head, shoulders, arms, heart, and feet with Doterra Essential Oils).
