COVID/Sick Policy:
Students are not required to wear a mask.
Yoga mats will not be available for rent and no props will be available for use in class at this time.
If you are experiencing a temperature or any other COVID symptoms, please do not come to the studio until you are tested and are negative.
If you do test positive for COVID, please do not come to the studio until 10 days after your symptoms started or you test negative.
If you are worried about your classes expiring because you are sick, please send a positive test result to lunavinyasa@gmail.com, and we will extend your expiration date 10 days.
As COVID continues, we will adjust and announce studio changes accordingly for the safety of our students.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask students to preregister for class. If you are unable to attend class, you have up to four (4) hours before the class begins to cancel. Classes must be canceled through MindBody. A text, phone call, or email will not cancel your class. If you fail to cancel, you will lose that class.
If you have a monthly unlimited, you must also cancel through MindBody to avoid a $15 no show fee that will be charged to your account. A text, phone call, or email will not cancel your class.
Unlimited Membership Pause Policy:
If you test positive for COVID, we will pause your account for 10 days, but you must email a positive test result to lunavinyasa@gmail.com.
For long term illnesses or injuries, we will pause your account with a doctor’s note.
For unlimited yearly memberships we will pause your account if you are out of town for 30 days or longer, less than 30 days we will not pause.
Studio Policies:
All sales are final and nontransferable. We do not extend class cards unless as described in COVID/Sick Policy or Unlimited Membership Pause Policy for unlimited memberships.
Remember to bring a yoga mat, a towel that will cover your mat, a hand towel, water and an open mind to class! See you on your mat.

We sell affordable mats as well as top of the line Manduka mats. We also sell Yogitoes, large towels, hand towels, and water.
The studio opens 20 minutes before class, we ask students to arrive early enough to check-in, set up for class, and be ready to start class on time. The outside door locks at the start of scheduled class time.
As we strive to make yoga affordable for all, please inquire about our work study program. Work in exchange for yoga classes.
