Power Vinyasa
(HOT)
In Vinyasa class, postures are linked by using breath to create a meditative and invigorating flow. Taught in a temperature of the mid 90's, muscles soften and become more pliable and also the cariovascular effects of the flow are increases. Classes are challenging and transformative. There is a strong emphasis on conscious breathing to anchor students into the present moment. Be prepared to sweat like you never have before! 60-75 minutes
Yoga Basics for Absolute Beginners
(WARM)
Intrigued by yoga? Not sure where to begin? A teeny bit nervous?
Start here, start now with our Absolute Beginner Flow Class. This 60-minute class is as beginner friendly as it gets. The class will be heated but not quite as hot as our other classes. This class is open to everyone, but especially perfect if you’re new to yoga or new to HOT yoga. We’ll acclimate you to our studio, make you sweat, answer your questions and get you ready to jump into any Luna Vinyasa Yoga class.

Rise and Shine

Set your alarm and make a commitment to yourself to get up and flow. Please PRE-REGISTER online by 10pm. This is an All Levels Class at dawn. Such a beautiful way to start the day. Often the teacher will practice with you as this is also their practice. 60 minutes
