Samantha Koong, RYT 200

Samantha took her first yoga class in 2009 and was hooked. Soon thereafter, she developed a regular practice.

In August 2018, Samantha earned her 200-hour teacher training certification at Yoga Garden in San Francisco, a studio that integrates Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa styles of yoga.

Samantha’s classes are a balance of strength building, endurance, detoxification, and relaxation. When’s she’s not practicing yoga, she’s can be found in nature, traveling, and most of all enjoying her family!
