Lindsey Quinn, E-RYT 500
Lindsey is a former school teacher turned full time mother of three, who has a passion for yoga, meditative movement, and plant medicine. She is an e-RYT500, meditation teacher, and Ayurvedic wellness counselor trained through Recovery Yoga and Sivananda Yoga ashram. Her teaching style pulls from a variety of lineages however each of her classes are infused with breath awareness and encourage students to listen to their bodies and their ever-shifting needs. She believes in the power of nature, sunlight, breath work, and mindful movement. When she isn’t guiding you in practice, you can usually find Lindsey exploring outdoors with her three children, Bodhi, Sunny, and Kai and laughing alongside her husband and best friend, Matt.
